Brief
Tasked with telling a story that showed the community surrounding a new apartment building we created an ad that told the story of place and culture. We filmed on location with local characters to give a real feel for the location :

The final form of the story was to be told on a looping interactive station as well as projected onsite and on the client’s website:

Loved by the client, the video helped to market and sell out the development ahead of schedule.
